filled. with. rage.the final email back from hp about my non-functioning ipod:
Hi Arden,
Thank you for contacting HP Total Care.
The iPod+HP will have to be replaced to resolve this issue.
Unfortunately, your warranty has expired. It expired 112 days ago. HP

a replacement iPod+HP 20GB is $269.99 plus applicable tax. If you would
like to replace the iPod+HP through HP, please call HP Total Care at
1-800-474-6836, open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
If you have further questions, please reply to this message and we will
be happy to help you.
You may receive an e-mail survey regarding your e-mail support
experience. We would appreciate your feedback.
Ummm.. i doubt they would really appreciate my feedback. it would go something like this: "thanks for helping, but there is no way in hell i am replacing my product because obviously there is something wrong with them. tell whoever's in charge (i realize this is not your fault) that i wish them the best in ruining the hopes and dreams of not only teenagers, but everybody everywhere."
only probably more vulgar and less understanding.
this pisses me off.
